Nurse With Wound "Paranoia in Hi-Fi"

This is basically a Nurse With Wound track that compiles many of the fan's fav tunes (like a small part of Salt Marie Celeste, near the ending). It is difficult to hear, you have to give it some efforts and probably skip some parts. It includes many genres, like: easy listening, krautrock, spoken word (that to me, sounds like it has some hip hop beats, like if Stapleton is paying a tribute to Snoop Dogg's music, haha), experimental, drone, noise and many more...
Try listening a part around 19 minutes: it's jazzy, like an evil jazz you'd expect from Steven Stapleton's mind. It's strange.
Then again, it even has a small dose of Salt Marie Celeste (which we've reviewed before around Serotonin Sounds).
Here it is for free, Paranoia in Hi-Fi.

Below is the song "The Bottom Feeder" which can be found in Paranoia in Hi-Fi too:

UK Virgin Records "Ambient 4: Isolationism"

Regarded as one of the most important means that popularized this genre, isolationism ambient, UK Virgin Records released this in 1994.
If you don't know this genre, I'll explain it to you in a few words, so that you just get a blurred clue of what this sounds are: the main aim is for sure to isolate yourself; this can be viewed as a dense form of meditation through music consisted by microatonality and drones, driving the person to senses of desolation and despair. However, if you can handle what's generally called as "heavy" or "dark" music, you'll feel comfortable with this type of music. It can have a relaxing effect, counterwise.
The track list is the following:

CD 1

  1. KK Null & Jim Plotkin: "Lost (Held Under)"
  2. Jim O'Rourke: "Flat Without A Back"
  3. Ice: "The Dredger"
  4. Raoul Björkenheim: "Strangers"
  5. Zoviet France: "Daisy Gun"
  6. Labradford: "Air Lubricated Free Axis Trainer"
  7. Techno Animal: "Self Strangulation"
  8. Paul Schütze: "Hallucinations (In Memory Of Reinaldo Arenas)"
  9. Scorn: "Silver Rain Fell (Deep Water Mix)"
  10. Disco Inferno: "Lost In Fog"
  11. Total: "Six"
  12. Nijiumu: "Once Again I Cast Myself Into The Flames Of Atonement"

CD 2

  1. Aphex Twin: "Aphex Airlines"
  2. AMM: "Vandoevre"
  3. Seefeel: "Lief"
  4. .O.rang: "Little Sister"
  5. E.A.R.: "Hydroponic"
  6. Sufi: "Desert Flower"
  7. David Toop & Max Eastley: "Burial Rites (Phosphorescent Mix)"
  8. Main: "Crater Scar (Adrenochrome)"
  9. Final: "Hide"
  10. Lull: "Thoughts"
  11. Thomas Köner: "Kanon (Part One: Brohuk)"
Along the 2 CD's, my favourite tracks are: Ice "The Dredger", Lull "Thoughts", Labradford "Air Lubrificated Free Axis Trainer", E.A.R. "Hydroponic", Techno Animal "Self Strangulation".
This compilation has around 221 minutes.

Throbbing Gristle "The Taste of TG"

Giving reason to the subtitle ("A Beginners Guide to the Music of Throbbing Gristle"), this compilation features songs from TG's more audible times to the more noise and gore phases (it's obvious that their sound is always dark, no matter if it has a more "pop" approach or not). In case you didn't know, this band, Throbbing Gristle are quoted as the authors of industrial music. This album was released on [the now dead] Mute (on May 14 of 2004).
The track list is the following:
  1. "Industrial Introduction" - 1:05
  2. "Distant Dreams (Part Two)" - 5:30
  3. "Persuasion USA" - 7:29
  4. "Something Came Over Me" - 3:43
  5. "Dead on Arrival" - 6:08
  6. "Hot on the Heels of Love" - 4:24
  7. "We Hate You (Little Girls)" - 2:07
  8. "United" - 4:04
  9. "Cabaret Voltaire" - 3:58
  10. "Exotic Functions" - 4:18
  11. "Zyclon B Zombie" - 3:52
  12. "Walkabout" - 3:04
  13. "Hamburger Lady" - 4:15
  14. "His Arm Was Her Leg" - 5:40

My favourite tracks are: "Distant Dreams (parte two)", "United", "Zyclon B Zombie" and "Hamburguer Lady". The intro song "Industrial introduction" is also very appealing, a mesmerizing drone.
You can get the album here.
By the way, I also advise you to see some live videos of early TG: "Something came over Me" and "Discipline".
Here are also some links to some songs on this album: "Distant Dreams (part two)", "Industrial Introduction", "United", "Hot on the Heels of Love" and "Hamburguer Lady".

Below is another Throbbing Gristle video, of a relatively recent live performance of "Persuasion" which I enjoyed watching and hearing:

Clouddead "Clouddead"

One of theirs songs was selected for this blog's playlist- in fact, it's the first one playing right now. This compilation, released in 2001, is really catchy (at least to my ears). Pitchfork gave it an 8.0 out of 10.0. All Music gave it 4 stars, out of 5 stars. It has around 71 minutes and 30 seconds, I think. It compiles the six 10″ singles that the group had previously released, over a period of two years, on Mush. Each track on the CD corresponds to one side of a single.
Extract from wiki: "Clouddead (styled as cLOUDDEAD) was a musical group consisting of the experimental hip hop musicians Doseone (Adam Drucker), Why? (Yoni Wolf), and Odd Nosdam (David Madson).[5] Generally Drucker and Wolf provide the group's vocals while Madson produces the music.[2] Occasionally Madson's vocals can be heard, while Drucker and Wolf provide music, especially for the group's only album.". To me, they're so original, they mix so many instruments into their songs, trully expanding hip-hop into a new world. They have cheesy synths, classy beats, superb flow, everything and above all, it all goes smooth together. Yeah, they're cLOUDDEAD. Their compilation can be yours by clicking here - but please buy their compilation by clicking this shortcut to eBay.

The first part of the first single can be heard right below:
